My name is Bill O'Neill and I've been an Elgin resident for over 30 years. My wife and I have 4 children, all of which went K thru 12 in U46.
I have been a Photojournalist for 10 years. My photos and videos have been seen on the front pages of the Daily Herald and Courier News as well as local television news like NBC5 Chicago! My Specialty is Public Safety and Aerial Photography.
I am a member of the (NPPA) National Press Photographer's Association and a member (as their photographer) of 2 local area Fire Departments.
