Carpentersville FD - April 27, 2015

Carpentersville Fire Department responded to a call this morning where people in a large retail space in the 100 block of S. Western were reportedly ill. It was discovered that there was a high amount of CO in the building along with natural gas. 14 people were treated and released at the scene without being transported. Gas was shut off to the building and it was ventilated by the FD to remove existing fumes.
