NIPAS Callout in Hanover Park - July 23, 2009
Squad cars and other police vehicles completely lined Barrington Rd. at Ontarioville this morning as members of NIPAS's (Northern Illinois Police Alarm System) Emergency Services Team were called in for a suicidal person who barricaded themselves into a home in Hanover Park this morning. It turned out, according to the Chicago Tribune reports, that the person wasn't even at home and was located later in safe condition. More information on NIPAS can be found at http://www.NIPAS.org.
