An almost tragic shopping cart accident at Jewel in West Dundee. Over $40.00 of groceries had to be extricated from this shopping cart that was recklessly driven at a high rate of speed by someone without a "Jewel Card". No injuries were reported.

A Hoffman Estates city employee works to try and get some graffiti off of a bridge by the Sear's Centre. It's amazing the talent these kids have that you know is just going to waste.

(South Barrington) East Dundee Fire Department was called to the Nozumi Japanese restaurant in the Aboretum Shopping Center this morning when they called to report a deep fryer was on fire even though workers were able to extinguish it. One worker apparently suffered burns when they reported that one of the workers was injured while putting out the fire. Injuries were not life-threatening but the worker was transported to an area hospital.
