This is my first attempt at Astrophotography. Trying to focus a telescope with a 3lb. camera attached to it was a pain. The viewfinder on the camera is 1/2" big.
This was taken with a Celestron 90 telescope, using my Fuji S3Pro, a Meade Nikon Camera Adapter and an electonic shutter release cable. Even with the telescope on concrete, using the remote shutter release, vibration was an issue. The shutter itself was causing a bit of shake when taking the picture. Next time, I'll sandbag the telescope and see if we can get a better view of what appears to be an asteroid, in the crater on the left edge of the moon.
