Elgin Historical Photos from 1979 Elgin Lawyer Building fire

In May of 1979, Elgin had a historical fire at the Lawyer Building that was at Douglas and Chicago. Dr. Harold T. Perry DDS, was in his office in the Tower building when he took this series of pictures. He had given the slides to former Elgin FF Pat Crawford. Turns out Pat and I have a common acquaintance that got us talking about EFD. I would like to thank Pat for sharing these with me and allowing me to post them on the site.
